By installing or using Total Collector VPN, you agree to the service conditions set out below.
1. Operator and Scope
Total Collector VPN is provided by Total Collector. Contact email for user inquiries: vpn.totcol@gmail.com.
2. Free Trial and Paid Subscription
New accounts receive a free 24-hour trial with up to 2 GB of traffic on 1 device after email verification or Google sign-in. The paid subscription costs $2 for 30 days, allows up to 5 simultaneous devices, and has no plan traffic limit. Payment is accepted in USDT or USDC on the Arbitrum One network via direct transfer of the exact specified amount, without automatic recurring debits.
3. Refund Policy and Payment Support
Automatic refunds are not provided (a free 24-hour trial is given to test quality before purchasing). If a technical error occurs during transfer (for example, an incorrect amount or a delay in crediting), the issue is resolved manually through the built-in "Report a payment problem" form in the app with a reply to your email.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for network attacks, spam, or activities that violate applicable laws or disrupt the operation of the VPN infrastructure.
